Chef Kanesh serves up a combination of traditional classics and modern Italian fare. All of the dishes are prepared with an emphasis on using only the freshest ingredient.

VINO

Start with a great bottle of wine. Our wine list features over 40 bottles of wine including a soon to be unveiled reserve list.

ANTIPASTO

To stimulate ones appetite appetizers are a must. From a very tender grilled octopus to our award winning bufala caprese salad - it’s the perfect way to begin your dining experience at Capocaccia.

PIZZA

Our crispy, mouth watering pizzas are always a favourite with the regulars. The state-of-the-art pizza oven from Italy combined with of our dough recipe (dating back five generations) makes all the difference. We encourage you to try our incomparable Giuseppe Pizza with gorgonzola cheese, asiago, mozzarella, mushrooms, prosciutto cotto, olive oil and basil. The Giuseppe is commonly called a “true Italian classic”.

PASTA

Our pastas are always at the top of the list with diners. A must try is Capocaccia’s famous potato gnocchi, served with homemade and perfectly seasoned pomodoro sauce topped with smoked scarmoza cheese. Warning - you may need extra bread for dipping!

RISOTTO

Our risotto takes a back seat to no one! With a fresh new risotto special every night of the week, you are sure to find one that suits your taste buds. On any given night The Chef may offer a bright purple beet risotto topped with sea bass or a bright orange butternut squash risotto topped with plump sea scallops. For the minimalists, we always offer Risotto Con Funghi (Truffle Risotto with oyster mushrooms).

SECONDI

Our tantalizing entrees will not disappoint. The Veal Scaloppini is a favorite and its texture has been describes as being “like butter”. For those seeking something a bit different, The Chef will always have a surprise on hand. From Ostrich Tenderloin to Beef Tenderloin, Veal Chop to Australian Rack of Lamb.

DOLCI

I know what you’re thinking! “Leave room for dessert”. But seriously, LEAVE ROOM FOR DESSERT! Our Tiramisu recipe dates back 3 generations and is an absolute favorite among our regulars. A close second, is our soon-to-be-famous homemade Flourless Chocolate Cake.
